Sowing:
Herb seeds are best sown in small containers or seeding plates. Loosen the soil from the bag and slightly moisten it. Fill the containers with soil, slightly compact it, sow the seeds, and cover them with a thin layer of soil. Keep the ground slightly moist at all times.
Potting and repotting:
Select a suitable pot for the seedling. Lay a drainage layer of expanded clay or small pebbles on the bottom. Fill in 1/3rd with soil, place the plant, top up with soil, and slightly compact it, leaving about 2 cm of free space from the top edge of the pot. Water the plants generously after planting and later do it moderately but regularly. Do not overwater the plants.
In the garden:
Avoid areas that are too wet and shady. When preparing the planting site, mix the Kronen BIO herb soil with the native soil at the ratio of 1:1 and plant the plants. If the soil in the garden is too impermeable, create a raised bed.
Fertilization:
Herbs have relatively limited nutritional needs. Annual plants basically do not require fertilization. They should be fertilized as needed. Perennial plants should be fertilized during the period of their intensive growth in the late spring and summer with the appropriate fertilizer according to its use instructions. Herbs in the garden should be fertilized more intensively.
