KRONEN® Soil for ferns
KRONEN® Soil for ferns is a ready-to-use substrate for planting and transplanting ferns and other plants, requiring a loose, free draining and nutrient-rich substrate. KRONEN® Soil for ferns is a special mixture of lightly and heavily decomposed raised bog peat, and mineral clay. It is enriched with nutrients (macro-microelements) necessary for the development and growth of plants. Clay increases the stability of the substrate and the ability to store nutrients and water, preventing them from washing out.

Ferns grow well in places where the atmospheric moisture is a little higher, for example, in the bathroom or kitchen. Preferable period for repotting plants is spring-summer. Plants should be repotted into slightly larger containers making sure not to damage the root ball when removing dead parts. On the bottom of the pot pour some soil, place the plant, add the substrate, gently compact about 2 cm below the edge of the pot. For the first time, water generously. Plants grow well if during repotting you put in the pot KRONEN Balls fertilizer for green and flowering room plants.
Caution: Substrates should be thoroughly loosened before use, moisten if necessary. It is recommended to do the gardening in gardening gloves.
