KRONEN® Soil for mediterranean plants, citrus, oleander, lavender and other plants is a multi-component, granular substrate. It is characterized by a reduced peat content. It contains compost, crushed pumice, washed gravel and clay. It is enriched with a multi-ingredient fertilizer with microelements, with the addition of iron chelate, which prevents leaf chlorosis. The substrate is characterized by good drainage, large air spaces, stability, which allows the root mass to grow freely.
When planting and transplanting, the containers should be large enough so that the distance of the wall to the root ball is not less than 10cm. Pour a small amount of soil on the bottom of the container, place the plant, top up with soil 2-3cm below the edge of the pot, slightly compact, water generously. In cultivation, it is important to have holes at the bottom of the pot and a thin drainage layer to improve water flow. Plants should be repotted every 2-3 years.
Old soil, felted, dead root parts should be gently removed with a wooden spatula.
