Pour a small amount of soil on the bottom of the container, place the plant, top up with soil 2-3cm below the edge of the pot, slightly compact, water generously. In cultivation, it is important to have holes at the bottom of the pot and a thin drainage layer to improve water flow. Plants should be repotted every 2-3 years.
Old soil, felted, dead root parts should be gently removed with a wooden spatula.
