Sowing and quilting:
After removing from the package, loosen the soil and slightly moisten it, if necessary. Fill the containers with an even layer of soil, sow the seeds, and then cover with a thin layer of KRONEN® Soil for vegetables or sand. Perform plant spading after about 2-4 weeks after sowing the seeds. Remove young seedlings from the container by levering them up, for example, with a sharpened stick or other tool. To quilt we choose only the strongest plants, this procedure should be done very carefully holding the plant by the actual leaf, not by the stem. Then place the plant in a new container, such as a seedling tray, in the prepared hole, making sure that the roots are not curled up. We sprinkle the plant with KRONEN® Soil for vegetables and press the substrate, slightly moistened if necessary. Set the containers in a warm sunny place.
Worth knowing:
When quilting, make sure that the seedlings are not placed too deep
